Q1: Is this game PVP? How many players can it support?
Yes! www.battlevortexzone.com is a PVP online archery game with two-player battles as the core, supporting 1v1 and 2v2 modes. You can team up with friends or randomly match opponents.
Q2: Does the game have a single-player mode or training ground?
Currently, the game focuses on real-person battles, but we are developing a single-player training mode and will launch an AI practice ground in the future.
Q3: What is a resurrection card? How do I use it?
A resurrection card can be automatically activated after you are hit, and you will be reborn with full health on the spot. It can be obtained through in-game gold coins or package purchases. After use, it is consumed once in the game.
Q4: How do I turn on the invincibility function? Is there a time limit?
The invincibility function is a tactical prop. After it is turned on, you will be immune to all damage within X seconds. The duration depends on the package you purchased. The invincibility state has a cooldown time and cannot be used continuously.
Q5: Can the packages be used in combination?
The number of resurrections can be stacked, and the invincibility duration can only be used once per game (except for some packages) to maintain the balance of the game.
Q6: Can I get a refund after purchase?
Sorry, virtual props are non-refundable once purchased. If you do not receive the props due to technical problems, please contact customer service in time and we will verify and reissue it.
Q7: What should I do if my account is banned?
If you are temporarily banned for violating the user behavior code, you can send an appeal email to netunion@battlevortexzone.com, and we will respond within 3 working days.
